Get off sugar for a week and you’ll realize you don’t want it

Sugar might be the most dominant drug of our age. Everything you buy has sugar in it.

Over the last 10 years in our country, restaurant culture has become widely accepted.

We’ve gone from family-cooked meals to outsourcing nutrition to profit-driven companies.

That’s why sugary, unhealthy foods are everywhere. They’re made delicious so you eat more and buy bigger portions.

Then you get diabetes or metabolic disorders. Obesity is higher than ever worldwide.

You may not feel symptoms now, but they often appear after 20~ years.

If you don’t believe it, look at diets. Any sensible diet avoids or limits sugar.

If you see nutrition facts on a product, there’s a high chance it has added sugar. A lot.

After knowing this, you may try to avoid sugar. Good choice.

However, don’t expect quick changes.

You’ll just discover life without sugar. But long-term, you’ll lower your risk of serious disorders.
